Gayatri Gopal

My name is Gayatri Gopal and am currently studying at the Parsons School Of Design in New York. Originally from Mumbai, India I have travelled and lived in many different countries and proudly been part of their cultures. I am a designer and have a keen interest in communicating these works of art and design and therefore am studying communication design at Parsons.

Philosophy

My philosophy about life is enjoy it and follow your dreams, however cliche that might sound. My interest has been in travelling and learning a lot about other cultures and values. I imbibe from my travels and love to come across adventurous experiences and most of all meeting interesting people I can learn from. I get influenced a lot from these travels which reflect in my designs. My work shows a synthesis of my realtionship with my Indian cukture and the time is spend travelling around the urban west.
