Overview
These Wire Mary Janes were made using 19 and 24 gauge black copper wire. The purpose of this project was to visually reconstruct a shoe to visually outline its more prominent features and allow the form of the product to show. The shoe was first thoroughly analyzed through a series of technical drawings which then translated into an artistic take on the form of the shoe using wire.
