nutella ice cream

- 3/4 cup (235 g) Nutella
- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 1 1/3 cups (330 ml) whole milk
- 1 1/3 cups (330 ml) heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food process and process until smooth. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Once ice cream base is thoroughly chilled, pour base into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Pack the ice cream into a plastic container.
