MIDTERM WORKSHEET (8 Steps)

Develop Your Idea:

I want to create a personal website to showcase my work as an Architectural Design student. While my previous website, presented during the midterm, focused on my portfolio projects, this website will be more about selling myself and the work I have done. I will feature my architectural design projects from Parsons, along with other projects, such as the Maternity Design Chair. Although this project is not directly related to architecture, it is an innovative idea I’m proud of, and I would be excited to bring it to life. The chair reflects my concern for young girls and teenagers in the Dominican Republic, whose futures are often limited by early pregnancies. Additionally, I will highlight my real-world experience, including my internship at Kora Architecture Firm. This experience helped me develop valuable skills while working alongside professional architects, learning to focus on both the aesthetics and coherence of architectural drawings. This new website will not only showcase my work but also reflect my values and aspirations in this career. It will be a space where I can share what matters most to me and the path I am excited to pursue moving forward.
