I guess what makes a website has a high potential for arts is that, it almost gathers all the benefits from medium and software in general. For example, a website has an infinite space that you basically can put and arrange things as creative as you want, especially for people who know how to code their own website. Websites can have a grid system for images and text, if people want them to be well-organized and for professional use. However, a site can also be as crazy as you want. You can make animation for images or elements in the site, or you can also put a 3D model on the web and use a mouse to hover the model and interact with the 3D element with it. The website makes what can't happen in reality happens in the virtual world.
