The reading begins by saying the material digital environment is to be understood the same way as how the physical world or “real world” behaves. This website uses digital animation to illustrate the materiality and physicality in the world of code. It also represents the misconceptions and incorrect ideas of the nature and order of digital materiality. I enjoyed how they animated the “don’ts.” It feels unnatural and more organic, making it very appealing. I believe it’s a great guide for more visual learners like me and also a good discussion on how material is the digital material world.
