Dexter Sinister, A Note on the Time
In this text, the author shares his thoughts on time. It is a complex
topic because it is so abstract to all of us. And not only abstract,
       but totally, and completely relative.

Time is nothing unless there’s something that precedes or succeeds it.
For this, there has to be movement, change. There’s no time without movement.
It relies on the distance of that movement, and the speed of that movement.
This situation actually reminded me of the Twin Paradox, in which one travels
in space and comes back younger than his twin on Earth. What I want to point
out about this theory is that only in relation to his twin on Earth will the
other twin be younger, but without him, it would be irrelevant. Two trains
      travelling the same distance and same speed would equal as both being static;
it is only when one slows down (or the other speeds up?) that time appears.

I found it quite difficult to make a relation between the discussion and
web design. Although, I’d find it interesting as a discussion
if time in
the context of the web travels in another dimension than
the world we live
in. I also find fascinating how two people from opposite sides of the
planet can look at the same website simultaneously, but at different times.
Qs:
Is it possible to measure time in something with no mass,
and completely
   flat, like the web?

If suddenly everything in the world physically stopped, would
time still be
   running?
