SHIPPING INFO

ALORA proudly offers free shipping within the Contiguous United States. Additional charges will apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and international orders. Stock orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and will ship within one week after processing, based on stock availability. Custom orders will ship within 4-6 weeks after processing. We use UPS Ground shipping services, however will gladly arrange for an expedited service for you. In which case, additional charges will apply. Tracking information will be provided upon request.

RETURNS POLICY

ALORA will accept returns of stock items within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. Custom made items are non-returnable. Eligibility relies upon the safe return of the product, in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging with all labels attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving the returned item, ALORA will inspect it for damages and notify you regarding your item’s return status. If approved, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit. No cash refunds available.
