A Note On The Time

The time right now is 2020 Mar 29, 4:49 PM in KST. Due to the circumstances, sadly I had to return to Korea. But still, I have to join online classes so my time really got messed up. So this class, Studio starts at 12:10 PM and ends at 2:50 PM, however, in Korea that becomes 1:10 AM to 3:50 AM. So as it was mentioned in the reading, “For communication, then, perhaps, time is more of a medium than a measure.”

Although time is invisible, it passes us intensely. And time does not wait for us. I realised that only after I came to college. When I was in High School, I always waited till the last minute to do my homework, but that really messed up my life and it is one of my biggest regrets. So I morbidly hated wasting my time. Each Sunday, I would plan out each day of the week by hours believing that not being planned is negligent. However, all this was broken when I returned back to Korea in the middle of the semester due to the COVID-19 crisis. Time is just so ambiguous, but at the same time, it is too accurate for humans like me to fully adapt.
