Tofu Scramble Recipe
A quick and easy tofu scramble recipe for breakfast that both vegans and non vegans will love.

Ingredients
- 16 oz Tofu
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Carrot
- Mushrooms
- 2 Teaspoons Oil
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Any additional spices to your desire
Instructions
- Grease a nonstick pan and saute the vegetables over medium heat until lightly browned.
- Drain the tofu, add it to the pan and break it up with a spatula.
- Add your desired spices and salt to taste.
- Continue to cook until the tofu is hot and the liquid has evaporated.
- Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
