Tofu Scramble Recipe

A quick and easy tofu scramble recipe for breakfast that both vegans and non vegans will love.

  1. Grease a nonstick pan and saute the vegetables over medium heat until lightly browned.
  2. Drain the tofu, add it to the pan and break it up with a spatula.
  3. Add your desired spices and salt to taste.
  4. Continue to cook until the tofu is hot and the liquid has evaporated.
  5. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
