This book uses a sentence from the Declaration of Independence as a table of contents containing stories that highlight the United States' abuses of power as the most powerful country in the world. The events included here span from 1787 to 1946 and center around the incidences of racist and xenophobic Supreme Court decisions, federal Acts, army operations, and government-sanctioned medical experiments. Since it's inception the United States has repeatedly and shamelessly exploited poor minorities to evolve into the world's most powerful police state.
