We are proud to provide the original Japanese Mochi Ice Cream. Founded over 105 years ago, our company created the Mochi Ice Cream that has been enjoyed and loved since 1910. The Mochi we produce is simply the best. We value creating and delivering premium Mochi Ice Cream and other ice cream products that your customers and your families can rely on. WHAT IS MOCHI ICE CREAM
Mochi Ice Cream is the sum of two delicious parts:
1. Sweet rice flour dough
Mochi is made from rice flour and is lightly dusted with cornstarch. It is smooth and soft to the touch. When you bite into it, it has a slightly chewy texture that quickly melts in your mouth. Because of its subtle, sweet flavor it complements any flavor ice cream.
2. Premium ice cream
Our gourmet ice cream is a burst of delicious flavors from decadent chocolate, to earthy green tea, to comforting coffee, to classic vanilla, to tropical mango, and more.
