Vegetariano is for Latin@ vegetarians who crave all the delicious food from their culture that was available to them before going vegetarian. At Vegetariano, they will find healthy, meat-free versions of their mother's best recipes.
STEP 2 // DISCOVERY AND RESEARCH
Latino vegetarian websites are very rare so I visited the Instagram for "Los Veganos Hermanos" which makes vegan Mexican food.
I also visited the site for V-Spot, which is pretty much the only Latin Vegetarian/Vegan spot in New York City.
STEP 3 // TARGET YOUR AUDIENCE
My audience is Latin@ vegetarians that miss eating al pastor tacos or bandeja paisa. While this site is specifically for them, non-Latin@ vegetarians fed up with boring tofu will be very interested in trying Latin-inspired vegetarian food. The veggie-curious will also be interested and encouraged to come over to the (meat-free) dark side, because we have delicious churros.
