No longer shall this be the case. This is the apothecaries' preamble of nutrition. Keep well fed. Keep well drank. You will learn the wonders of tasty and healing foods.

Many a piece it is not the bonemender who cannot heal, but that the patient requires hearty food to stay hale.

Are these Apothecary-exclusive?

Not at all. Beware of the strange dialect we speak in, however. The apothecary talk may be too much for you.

Authors

We are honored and blessed to have numerous apothecaries, bonemenders, and shamans speak on behalf of nutrition.

The list of their arsenal is powerfully long, and arduously painful to list in a book like such. Hence forth, we will be referring to all authors of the Apothecary's Guide to the Kitchenby "survivors."

You may wonder, why call the esteemed ones of this quill and ink a "survivor?" Simply put, these daredevils have braved the worst of them all--starvation. The greatest evil that no bonemender may heal, that no shaman may dispel.
