The Uncommon Magazine Issue 1 is a collaborative project between Walter Harvin and I primarily, although we could not have done it without all of our colleagues providing resources and help. I was the editor, glueing together a narriative throughout and making 100% of the design choices in the print. Uncommon was founded on the principal that it would be a platform for young artists to share work within the context of one another, free from gatekeeping and adult practice. The artwork within the magazine is completely crowd sourced from a range of diverse artists around the world, but primarily New York City. I am no longer affiliated or working with the Uncommon Magazine, although I will continue to support their mission and success. In the spirit of accesibility, I have decided to give away a digital copy of the magazine for free here.

I still own roughly twenty copies of the magazine, which I am also willing to give away if you are able to pay for shipping. Please contact me for this offer.

The first issue I feel is personally rough around the edges but given that I was only 16 at the time of release, It turned out pretty great.

I am more than willing to do freelance work for other publications. If you are reading this, let me know!
