my intent is to showcase and reflect my friend, amanda's work through an animated, abstract and dynamic website that runs with her aesthetics and style. it is not supposed to be a website for her book but rather to showcase her book's style in a website format incorporated with my own interpretation.

book lovers, website creators, employers, people who are actively engaged in modern website and interactive world, those who enjoy abstracted website that has room for their own interpretation.
4 | inspiration & concepts
i wanted to challenge myself by creating something i have never done before, to make an irregular layout but still consistent throughout the website. based off from my friend's book, i wanted to keep it black and white but also incorporating a colour to brighten/contrast the website.
using animation, i intended to make the experience more fun and dynamic, as if the website is going to come alive. i also wanted to keep the text to the minimum as possible because the book i based off from has little to no texts which makes the whole experience rely on self-interpretation and user engagement.
