nendo is a japanese product design studio founded in 2002 by oki sato. the first and main studio is based in tokyo, japan but in 2005 they opened a second studio in milan, italy. oki sato is internationally well-known in the design world for his creative designs that are simple, minimalist but are intuitively understandable for the user. their main focuses are interiors, product, space, graphic, branding and installation. instead of only focusing on the "form follows function" concept, oki sato also adopts the history behind the product and its design.
