The unique design of musical score covers has always been something that initially draws me into a piece of musical history. For this project, I chose to focus on American composer George Gershwin, whose work bridges the gap between classical music and jazz. I selected a few of his most iconic compositions and reimagined their covers with a modern-day twist, blending contemporary aesthetics with the spirit of Gershwin’s era. This fusion allowed me to explore how visual design can honor musical legacy while speaking to a current audience.
