text box was created as a personal interpretation of a type specimen for core lab: typography in 2019.

text box is a prototype for a typography-based subscription service aimed at designers interested in learning more about
different typefaces and seeing real-life physical applications of type.

this first edition of the subscription box featured the typeface Cooper Black and includes a deck of cards, t-shirt, button,
Tootsie Rolls, and a type specimen poster as well as a fake shipping label and shipping box.

the deck of cards was unable to be finished, only featuring around 30 cards; future editions would contain the full deck,
as well as a better assortment of buttons. ideally, a website and instagram account would have been created
in order to make the service appear as real as possible.
