After natural drying, the flesh is washed away with hot water to sweeten the taste. It penetrates into the seeds and develops into a unique mellow taste. Another Brazilian Santos has a round taste with a moderately sour taste. After the two blends, they have a rich, mild and dense fragrance, with a slightly sweet and slightly bitter finish at the end.
