Develop My Idea
For my midterm portfolio I want to develop a basic website that will incorporate elements of my design and creativity. I want to design a clean and fluid site that is easy to navigate for the audience. Aside from being able to easily navigate through the site, I want to place images or work that I am interested in, examples such as photography, Interior and graphic designs as well as identify projects I’ve worked on. By showcasing these works, it will help the audience get a sense of my design frame of mind.
Discovery and Research
Although I have much interest, My main focus is Graphic Design. Researching graphic design sites and other forms of inspiration played an intricate role as to what I want my portfolio to look like. The following sites are inspirations I’ve chosen based on the layouts of the page, the content and information and lastly the overall feel of the page, meaning, How does the page influence the audience ???
My Target Audience
Aside from Graphic design I have other interest in the design field, as previously stated. With the creation of my portfolio I intend my target audience to be other Photographers, Interior Designers and Graphic Designers. In particular potential Employers or Internship sites. When my site is viewed, I want that target market to get the of my design sense and also a taste of my design interest.
