What is interesting about traffic cameras is their accessibility. Anyone with a computer can access their live feed. What also stands out to me is how pixelated and low quality they often are. These cameras seem the least pervasive out of the 5 because of their quality. Their distance from what our eyes see in reality makes them unreliable narrators. These cameras, however, have an incredibly wide range and scope. In New York, it's hard for this scope to not capture entryways to businesses or homes. If these cameras got a quality update and maintained their public access, they could become an incredibly powerful surveillance tool. But for now, their quality halts them.
