Project Proposal
I love visual narrative sites and I have always found them compelling and interesting. I am curious as to hold to build them so I would like to build one revolving around one of things I love most in life. Music. There are so many music artists I keep up with and I always listen during the mundane tasks of my day, so I think it might be a pretty interesting subject to address for my website.
I am influenced by sites such as Well Done Team GB. I hope to animate some of my favorite artist’s album covers. For instance, with Too Close to Touch’s album “Nerve Endings” as the user scrolls down, the two hands on the album cover will come together.
I also want to illustrate these images in my own style of either digital drawings or paintings so that they work more cohesively together. I have chosen 4 albums, and with luck I will be able to illustrate all of them, but my goal is just being able to code and design as many of them as possible.
