Book Design System:
The Critical Eye

In this redesign of the book, 'The Critical Eye,' I was inspired by one of the themes of cropping fundamental to the practice and history of photography.

I created this system for text and images to be framed within contemporary computer graphic crop marks. This allowed the timeless ideologies and theories of photography to exist alongside modern interfaces of photography.
